How quickly can you schedule my flight?
Missions require a minimum of 48-72 hours’ notice. Specifically, this time is mandatory to allow for our required FAA flight planning and to acquire necessary airspace authorizations for a safe, legal flight.
Why is the full property address required?
To begin with, the full address is mandatory for safety and compliance. Furthermore, we must check the specific GPS coordinates against the FAA’s airspace maps to ensure the area is clear for flight and to secure required clearance before providing a final quote.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Yes. In fact, every single commercial flight is covered by $1 Million in Aviation Liability Insurance. This effectively protects your property and gives you peace of mind that your assets are protected.
What happens if the weather is bad?
All flights are weather-dependent. Consequently, if wind, rain, or adverse conditions are present, we will reschedule immediately at no extra cost. Ultimately, your safety and the safety of your assets are our priority.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
It depends on your order. Generally, no, you do not need to be on-site if you have purchased a media package. Instead, we will send the final deliverable electronically. However, if you have not ordered a package, you must be present during the mission to view the inspection findings immediately on-site. No off-site viewing of unpurchased media is available.
